The approach chosen by our health coaches is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) operationalized by psychosocial interventions.
CBT is the most effective form of psychotherapy to equip people with common mental health problems.
It encourages the person to take an active part in their recovery (through exercises between follow-ups)
It requires a small number of meetings (5 to 8 follow-ups) to achieve results
Results are measurable (PHQ 9, GAD7)
It fits perfectly with people who experience mild to moderate symptoms
It lends itself well to virtual intervention
